Phase 4 scope
This phase introduces public explorer pages, NPIN lookup, state explorer summaries and privacy-safe property profiles. GIS boundary drawing, survey editing, conveyancing, marketplace, AI and intelligence dashboards remain outside this phase.
Privacy-safe public registry
DLPI public pages show registry status, general location, property category and credential validity. Owner names, private addresses, phone numbers, emails, ownership percentages, internal comments, case history and private documents are intentionally withheld.
